Job Description:
International Leader having the experience of process engineering for Oil/Gas plant (down stream) such as refinery, gas processing plan, ethylene plant, LNG plant, polyethylene plant, EO/EG plant and so on, has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer.
Duties:
Managing the Process discipline in providing technical leadership, technical development of staff, developing discipline design practices and procedures. The Senior Process Engineer will also participate in developing the scope of work and man-hour estimates for proposals. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible to conduct quality reviews of the process deliverables and schedule control of contracted projects.
Experience:
Preferably with 15 years relevant experience in engineering in process simulation (with using ProII or HYSYS or another process simulator) Equipment Rating such as Vessel, Tower/Tray, Heat Exchanger, etc), Hydraulic Calculation, PRV Sizing (with considering relieving scenario), P &I D development and other related process activities in the petrochemical industries. Experience in dynamic hydraulic studies will be a valuable advantage.
Education
BE - Degree in Chemical Engineering
Required Skills:
Senior Electrical Engineer shall have a general knowledge for the followings:
1) Execution of estimation and contracted job such as performing basic design for Block and Process Flow Diagram, Process Calculations and Equipment design and Datasheet preparation for Mechanical equipment.
2) Preparation of Process engineering document such as Process Control Narrative (PCN), Process Safeguard Memorandum (PSM), IPF Narrative, Material Selection Diagram (MSD), etc.
3) Perform trouble shooting activities such as operating data analysis and preparation of counter measure.

4) Able to co-ordinate work between the Client, vendors and other discipline engineers within the organization such as P & ID review meeting, etc.
5) Executing of FS, Feed Work and supporting the business development such as Technical Consulting
6) A good understanding and experience in Field Construction and Plant Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning
